Return Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. A reverse shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Email us at support@pinckhour.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a parcel opening video as proof. Claims without a parcel opening video will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. A charge of ₹50 applies. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may take 10–12 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
